Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
• We are looking for 5–7 years of experience in a similar UX research role.
• We value strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support sound decision-making under pressure.
• We need excellent communication skills to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We expect the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers across different time zones.
• We are seeking someone who can work independently, handle ambiguity, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

• We plan and carry out user research studies to inform product design decisions.
• We analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to turn research insights into practical recommendations for product development.
• We develop research plans, interview guides, and survey questionnaires to maintain data quality and rigor.
• We conduct in-depth interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to better understand user behavior and attitudes.
• We present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, designers, and executives.
• We stay current on UX research trends and best practices and apply them to improve our research process and outputs.
• We mentor and coach junior researchers to help them build their skills and advance their careers.
• We evaluate the usability and accessibility of components and alternative designs, identify future research opportunities, and assess adherence to standards, guidelines, style guides, and legislation.
• We apply standard user research methods, engage with users and customer representatives, and document and share the results of research projects.
